Product Description:
Nitric Acid SEMI Grade 2 specification is designed to meet the standards set forth by the industry association SEMI for nitric acid used in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry.
Trace metal analysis is reported to 10 ppb max levels, with select metals reported to 5 ppb max levels, including: Aluminum (Al); Antimony (Sb); Cadmium (Cd); Germanium (Ge); Gold (Au); Iron (Fe); Lithium (Li); Potassium (K); and Sodium (Na).
Columbus Chemical Industries operates nitric acid distillation at both our Columbus, WI and Phoenix, AZ facilities. Both facilities offer bottle, drum and tote package options for SEMI grade nitric acid, and other high purity specifications of nitric acid. Additionally, CCI manages returnable fleets of nitric acid containers, and are able to assist in container tracking and fleet service.
